Psalm 5- In the Morning
You hear me, in the morning when I call to you
You are my God, you delight in me
You delight in all those who trust your name.
You have no pleasure in wicked ways
So I look up to you
My requests are to you, YOU only
You hate wickedness
You hate those who seek to devour others
You do not give them a second thought
Their requests to you come to nought
You hear me because I trust in you
You hear me because I have nowhere to run to
You show me mercy
You defend me and spread your protection over me
You lead me in the right path
You have blessed me on all sides
You have wrapped me in your favour
I am wrapped in you forever
