Psalm 2 – You Laugh
You laugh oh Lord!
At those who dare to stand against you
Against those you love
Against those who put their trust in you
You laugh oh Lord
Because you know their plans are worthless
They’ll come to nought
The ONE who sits in heaven laughs
Because to your children
You have given your inheritance
No one can snatch it off
You laugh because with one finger
You’ll smash in pieces, like the potter’s vessel
All of them who devise evil plans
Against your counsel and promises
Against your children and inheritance
