The Doctor

The Doctor

Doctor

She had not experienced this kind
of infection before.
It is more than a toilet infection.
It looks more like a sexually
transmitted infection.
She was not having a multiple partner.
That means her partner was.
He was not a boyfriend per se.
He was just a friend.
A friend with benefit.
She told him of it.
He was not too bothered.
He told her he would take
care of himself.
What about her? He advised her to
take care of herself too.
She tried to manage it by using
some regular antibiotics.
The infection got worse and made
her very uncomfortable.
She had no other choice than to
see a doctor.
She went to the nearest General Hospital
in her area.
The doctor she met ask the necessary
questions and recommended to run a test.
She took the test result to him and
expected the medication to be given.
The doctor told her to wait while he
attends to others.
He said he will come back to her after
he is done for the day with the last
patient on the queue waiting to see him.
She wondered why the wait if it was just
to write out the medicine to cure the
disease.
She waited as instructed.
By the time the doctor was ready to
see her it was around 7pm.
All the other patients are gone.
He told her to lay on the examining
table and remove the lower part of
her dress.
She did and waited patiently for him.
The next thing she knew was the doctor's
gloved hands dipping into her well.
She held his hand in reflex.
He unlocked her grip with his other hand
and told her he needed to do this
before he concludes what medicine to
recommend.
He continued his thrusting while she closed
her eyes and endured the pain in humiliation.
After a little while she could not bear it
any longer.
She pulled out his hand and told
him to stop because she was uncomfortable.
He answered her saying she should be
enjoying it after all that is what
she likes.
It was that statement from him that
made her realise what he was doing is
not medical examination!
It is sexual molestation.
She sat up then and wondered where
things were leading.
The doctor told her to dress up and
go to a particular room down a corridor
from the consulting office they were.
She knew something was about to happen.
When she got to the specified room
there was only a bed in that room.
"This is one chance and she had
boarded it!
The doctor's intention was clear.
She started thinking of what she
should do.
Prayer didn't even come to her mind.
'If she beg him will he hear' .
'If she refuse will he rape her'
'Maybe she should leave and go home'
'Maybe ....'
But she needed the drugs badly...
So many thoughts went through her head
yet she could not decide what to do.
She just stood in the room lost in
thought while looking at the bed.
Before long the doctor came in.
He didn't mince words.
He told her to remove her clothes
so that he can get started and
finish on time as it's getting late.
She started sobbing and begging him.
He looked at her like
"what's wrong with you nah?"
She kept on crying and begging.
After a while the doctor told her
he will write out a prescription for
the infection but he will not give
the complete medicine so that she
will come back again.
When she come back again they will
complete this unfinished business.
She just said okay.
All she wanted was to leave that
place and never come back again
no matter what.
True to his words the doctor gave
some prescriptions which only stopped
the pain and discharge of the
infection within the time she used
the medication.
Immediately the medicine finished
the infection recurred.
This time she could not keep quiet
She was also scared of going back
to that hospital.
She told her roommate in school.
Her room mate had compassion on
her and took her to the school doctor.
Her roommate knew the school doctor
very well. The school doctor was a
grandfather kind of person,
an elderly man.
He counselled her and recommended
some drugs that cured the infection
totally.
Immediately after she was cured
she became celibate, faced her
studies and was closer to God than ever
before she had been in her life.
