Fashionista

What we wear especially as ladies is very important

Now this is a very cliche topic

All in the name of fashion and "being comfortable in your own skin" we see all kinds of things

Every shred of decency and modesty is gradually slipping away

You see mothers flaunting boobs up &down

Anytime someone decides to point out this

The person is attacked voraciously

"Mind your business

Stop body shaming

Is it your body?" and all sorts of nonsense.

If you feel comfortable exposing your body in the name of fashion, be ready to accept whatever public attack that follow

But my main concern here is on little children

They come to church in bum shorts

Is there no dress decorum anymore?

The boys are so well dressed in trousers and shirts

Looking so neat

But the girls are dressed in bum shorts and tank tops in the name of "my daughter is hot"

I've seen a few of them dance at parties

Little girls of 4-10

Shaking their bum and dancing very erotically

And parents and adults are clapping for them and giving them gifts as "best dancer"

What kind of future are you as a mother preparing that child for?

This is so pathetic

Ask that same child to say a little prayer

Many children of nowadays lives and grow up in homes where parents don't have time to get together and pray as a family but there's more than enough time to take the children to parties and all sorts of fun places.

This is so pathetic

And I ask again

What kind of future are these children been prepared for?

But then again, you can't give what you don't have

How do I expect parents to train up their children in the way of God when they themselves are not walking in obedience to God?

There is so much evil now

How do you expect this child to have stamina to fight life's battles when they don't know the Lord!

You're even more pitiable if you think they'll never lack anything

That you've stashed enough cash for them to be comfortable the rest of their lives.

Are you their God?

NLT Proverbs 20:21

An inheritance obtained too early in life is not a blessing in the end.

Prov 22:6 NKJV

Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.

May God through His Holy Spirit guide us into all truth
