Weaving Realities

 Their meeting was not a coincidence
He had admired from afar for a long time
She was the younger sister to one of his
secondary school classmates
He saw her at their annual inter-house
competition
She was attending an all girl's school
Her school was invited to participate in
the competition
That was when he saw her
Beauty on the tracks
Every other thing and people faded into
oblivion
She was fifteen at the time
She was all he thought about for almost
a year
He didn't have the confidence to tell anybody
about his crush on her
He was sixteen years old and writing his
WAEC
He gained admission into the university
a few months later
She was still the one for him
Miraculously, she gained admission to his
school the following year
He made friends with her
She was drawn to him too
They started a relationship
She told him right from the outset that
sex was not a part of her "to do" things
as a teenager
She was very meticulous and principled
She had a mind of her own
He respected that
He was a virgin too and didn't particularly
care about sex as long as she was with him
The relationship was a good one
Simple, steady, fun and  beneficial
They studied together and talked a lot
They were best of friends
He closed the world out for her
She was his world
His life partner
She was studying Agricultural science
She had to go for a semester-long practical
session at a village
He was in the final year when she traveled
He missed her sorely
They talked often
But the network of the village was very poor
They were only allowed to use simple phones
by the school authority
So video calls were not allowed
Somehow they were able to pull through
that torturous semester
He went home for the semester break
She had completed her fieldwork and
ought to return home too
They live in the same city
About thirty minutes drive away from
each other
She didn't return home
He called her phone number several
times
She only picked once in a while and 
she was never coherent
He didn't know what was going on
Her parents were equally worried
They went to the school authority to
find out what was going on
They were told she was in the hospital
Something happened in the village
during the field work
She must have seen something fetish
or heard something
it was something diabolical
A fog suddenly came over her and
it only lifted once in a while
The talks were unnerving
He wanted to see her
Her parents insisted that they wanted to
care for her themselves
The school authority made the arrangements
She was returned to her parents
Her parents flew her abroad immediately
He didn't get to see her
He didn't know what happened to her
Everybody kept mum
His relationship with her family was not
that familiar
He was dating her but she hadn't taken him
home as her husband to be
He could only glean information as an outsider
He was told to move on
It was one of those things
He graduated and served
He tried very hard to keep in touch with
her older brother who was his classmate
The older brother was also careful about
giving him details
The family didn't want her stigmatized
Everybody kept mum
From what he had gathered
She was in the United Kingdom
She was staying with an aunt in Kent
He did everything to secure admission into
a University in the United Kingdom for his
Masters
He traveled
He got an apartment in kent
He started searching for her on his spare time
it took him six months and a lot of phone calls
Her brother eventually gave him the address
He went to see her on a Saturday
He had imagined a lot of things
But she was not so different in her looks
She cried like a baby when she saw him
They had not seen each other for three
years
She didn't look sick at all
He wondered what the fuss was
She told him what happened
Something strange came into her room
in the middle of the night
She was powerless to fight it on
It was strong and terrifying
She was pinned down and raped by 
this thing
It wasn't human
It walked in through the wall and it's
kind of darkness stood out in the 
dark state of her room
It was glimmering in the darkness
It was a demon 
She felt it bite her when it was inside her
She felt it's venom released into her
She lost consciousness after that
When she came to, she was surrounded
by "prayer warriors"
She was prayed back to life
But everything had changed
She was scared of shadows and the dark
She developed anxiety attacks
She developed panic attacks
She started jerking and twitching involuntarily
She had nightmares every time she slept
regardless of the time of day
She was a wreck
Her mind had become affected
She talked to herself often and sometimes
she would go into a psychotic break
in which she would break things and lose
control
The pills and treatment were helping
to a point but she had been told she would 
have to manage the condition all her life
Since she was a Citizen of the United Kingdom
her parents felt she would be better off
abroad
It was a crazy tale
A normal human being would take her story 
as a form of closure and wave her goodbye
He couldn't
He continued to visit
Sometimes he would drop her off at the
hospital
Sometimes he would take her out for a walk
She didn't know why he was still with her
She asked him several times to stop coming
He deserved better
She doesn't have anything to offer him
She didn't want to hope and then be crushed
She would prefer to manage her life without
having to deal with any emotional distress
He just couldn't stay away
She did much better with him in her life
The panic attacks reduced seriously
The fear also reduced
She was able to sleep better and she
began daring to do other things like
going to church (She previously didn't
do well in a crowd) and parties
Until September of that year
She was in her room when her aunty heard
her screaming violently
By the time her aunty got to her
She had fainted again
She was bleeding all over
The doctors said she must have hurt
herself during a nightmare
She said the "being" came back and
raped her again
She was so terrified
She wanted to commit suicide so that
it wouldn't happen again
He heard her story
His heart was torn to shreds
He reached out to the brother in Jeans
and T-shirt
He told him everything he heard
He wanted to know if she can be healed
The brother in jeans and T-shirt told 
him to give her the phone
They talked
They talked for a long time
The brother in Jeans and T-shirt told her
about Zion and what Zion looked like
It was an odd conversation
It was like painting a mental picture with
abstract blocks
The brother in Jeans and T-shirt said
she needed to read the Books of Ezekiel, Isaiah,
Zechariah, John and Revelation
He said "Read as many chapters as you can 
out loud everyday, do not skip any chapter
Do not try to understand it or process it!
Just read the words into your atmosphere
it will rebuild your damaged imagination
and close the hedge that was broken!"
They started that very day
They read the scriptures together over the
phone every morning and night
Soon, her dreams were filled with the images
of the scripture
They didn't bother studying or processing the
words
They just read obediently
She was discharged after seven days
They continued to read until they read the 
whole Bible together
Ten chapters a day!
She enrolled in an online school and got a job
After a year, she moved out of her
aunty's house
He graduated and returned home
He got a job in an insurance firm
They still read the scriptures together daily
She returned home for Christmas in 2018
She was normal and as beautiful as ever
He proposed to her
She said yes!
They both met the Brother in Jeans and T-shirt
the first time at the Night of Glory of June 2018
They were both filled with the Holy Ghost
They returned to the United Kingdom
In December 2018, they returned home
for their introduction
The Brother in Jeans and T-shirt was there
She discovered she was pregnant in 
February 2019
She was afraid since she hadn't done a proper
church wedding God would be angry with her
and punish her for having sex
The brother in jeans and T-shirt asked her
if she ever saw a place in the Bible where
God punished anybody for getting pregnant
She said no
She just assumed
The Brother in Jeans and T-shirt told her not
to assume for God
God does not operate in the realm of
assumptions
He had made his ways plain for all to see!
She delivered her baby boy in October 2019
They got married in January 2020

Ps: I have seen many people suffering from
demonic attacks
Some are even generational
They have a Bible at home but it remained
just a book to them
If only they know
If only they would open their eyes and minds
to see the transforming power of the Word
of God
If only they will buy into the Word and Do the
word
If only...
While many are still running up and down
claiming their family has mammy water issues,
snake foundation and snail reality
The new creation is a new type of being
Such realities are foreign and alien to Him or her
His or her reality has been clearly spelled out 
in the Word of God
Once you key into the word
Your reality becomes the reality of Zion!
The Word is your source
The Word is your sustenance
The Word is your life
No matter what experiences or realities you
have worked in before
If you align with the Word
The Word will transform you into a Christkind
