Generational Nuisance

It bagan like a joke
Her husband, the father of her three children left 
He didn't say a word
They didn't have a fight
He just walked out
She called his phone number several times
It kept ringing out
She called his younger brother later that night
"Have you heard from your brother? I haven't heard from him all day"
His younger brother told her he would call her back
She waited for many hours
His younger brother finally called back
His younger brother gave the phone to her Father -in-law
Her Father-in-law said "My daughter, calm down, your husband is safe"
He talked on and on
At first she didn't get the gist but she later caught up
Her Father -in-law and her husband had spoken
Her husband had issues with her and had moved in with another woman
They will try to resolve the issue in the morning!
She didn't know what to think, she didn't know how to think
Her husband was the choir director of her church
He was a good and responsible man
He was a "Born Again" Christian
Had he been someone who habitually womanizes, she wouldn't be concerned
But he was a virgin when they met
He was shy, couldn't stand too much feminine attention and was timid
What woman could he have gone to?
How could he have abandoned her and their three boys?
It was so out of character for him
She was sure he had been enchanted or charmed by the woman
He must have fallen into the hand of an enslaver of destiny
He must have fallen prey of a desperate and wicked strange woman
She couldn't sleep a wink all night
She prayed and prayed
The next day, her brother-in-law and Father-in-law were at her door by 5AM
They encouraged her and brought her supplies in cash and in kind
They told her they would get her husband home that very day
They couldn't!
She thought it would happen the second day
It didn't!
One week, one month, six months
She tried very hard to prevent her folks from finding out her predicament
But somehow they found out
Her mother came to her house, followed by her two younger sisters
"How have you been coping?"
"Why would you keep something like this to yourself?"
"Why would you be suffering in silence like this?"
She had been so strong until she saw them
She cried bitterly as they huddled around her
She knew what they would say
The family curse had struck again!
Her faith in Jesus didn't prevent the curse from striking her
Why then did she become a christian?
Her mother had five children
The first child was a boy
He had a good job, got  married and built a mansion in a choice area
Three years after his wedding
His wife suddenly left with their only son
They didn't have a fight or a disagreement
She just left
Their separation lasted for three years and two months
One day his wife returned home and the marriage continued
Just like that!
The same fate befell her immediate elder sister
Her husband left for five years and returned just like that
There was no sensible explanation
She became a Born Again and was determined that by the word of God she wouldn't experience the same thing
And there she was!
Experiencing the same thing!
Wasn't old things supposed to have passed away?
Somebody told her "This is Africa"
"All those Biblical principles do not apply in Africa"
She fasted and prayed, breaking the effect of the generational curse upon herself
It worked?
Her husband returned to her after one year and three months
Her own experience was the shortest of all her siblings
As usual, her husband had no explanation
It was as if the wind just carried him away on its own whim and returned him also the same way
One year after her husband returned home, she fell sick
It was a strange respiratory problem
Her throat seemed perpetually congested and whenever she tried to spit out the phlegm she would vomit blood
She was rushed from one hospital to the other to no avail
The doctors couldn't diagnose what was wrong with her
After three months of suffering and looking at a certain death
She was taken to a prophet
The prophet said she must be taken to her father's compound in the village
According to the prophet, her late paternal grandmother was a witch
Before she died, she made a covenant with some powers that be that all her 
children from generation to generation must return home at a certain age to do a ritual
Her husband drove her and her mother to her father's village
Immediately she got to the compound, walked to her paternal grandmother's grave and stood on it
She felt better!
The symptoms disappeared
She could feel a strange shiver travel from her feet through her spine to her head
She returned home the next day, hale and hearty
Though she was grateful to healed
It was all a bit of a mystery to her
Her mother married five husbands
She was the only child her mother had for her father
None of her siblings from her maternal side experienced the sickness
But all her other siblings from her paternal side  experienced 
the same sickness at one point or the other in their lives
Was it that her fervent prayers against generational curses and had no impact whatsoever on her
Were the generational curses stronger than the name of Jesus?
Apostle Paul said "We know that idols are nothing"
This was not the reality she was walking in as a Christian
She talked to her pastor
He told her generational curses are for real and gave her examples
It confirmed to her what she had always believed
Christianity cannot be completely experienced in this world
One must just keep striving
One day, her first son started having difficulty breathing
It was the same symptoms she felt years before
She took him to the hospital
Doctors couldn't diagnose what was wrong
But she knew what to do
She told her husband, I have to take this boy to my village for the ritual but
her husband said "I have found a permanent solution"
Her husband drove her and their son to the office of the Brother in Jeans and T-shirt
The brother in Jeans and T-shirt said 
"When the people of Jericho called Elisha to help them
It was because Jericho was cursed and the water brought death though the land was good
The prophet asked for a new cruse and salt and healed the water from the source" 2 Kings 2:19-22
Then he laid hands on her head (Not the sick child) and commanded the curse to be broken
She fell under the power of the Holy Spirit
Her son was healed instantly!
The brother in Jeans and T-shirt said "You smuggled your carnal experiences into the kingdom of God and made them part of your Kingdom reality, they were like tares growing with your wheat! 
there is no room for them! 
What you believe is what you will get! There is no reality in a believers life
than the reality of his or her confession! Change your belief today!
Change your confession today! Walk in the Kingdom reality!"

If there is anybody who ought to be crying of Generational curses, it is Jesus
Cain was his forefather, so was David and some other terrible characters
Jesus is the light that lighted up all of us
How can you be under a generational curse while you are in Christ?
Pastors have sold books on this topic and taught many people wrong doctrines
It may sound true to your ears and conform to your reality
It is not the gospel
"If any man be in Christ, He is a new creature, old things have passed away and all things are become new"
Christ “wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us…having nailed it to the cross” (Colossians 2:14, NKJ)
Do not be deceived! 
That you still have beliefs like this is a testament that you are not growing in the faith
It is dangerous to remain a nepios in our inheritance in Christ
I come against every seed of wrong beliefs, wrong teachings and wrong mindsets in your realities in Jesus name
Generational curses are an illegality in the life of a believer
From today, i command anyone of us who is still bound by such to be set free now in Jesus name. Amen
