The Sex Addict

The Sex Addict

She looked deep into his eyes

He didn't look away

His gaze was steady, clear

She thought aloud

'He has gotten what he wanted, power has changed hands'

He: What did you say?

She: What

He: You were mumbling something about power

She: Don't mind me, I was thinking aloud

He smiled

He: I will not leave you unless you tell me it is over and I will never cheat on you

She: The story of my life

He: I am not giving you a story, I am telling you what will be.

She: Amen

And he was true to his word

He never wavered

He was a good lover and a very wonderful teacher

He insisted they speak English always to help brush up her command of English He taught her how to play scrabble, chess, monopoly and checkers

He coached her until she passed her pre-ND examinations

He was there with her as she registered in the polythecnic

She was content, happy

They mastered the art of lovemaking

He was good and she learned fast

School resumed and off she went

Mornings and daytime were her best

From class to friends her day was great

But alone at night in her room was war

There is always fire in her members

Always the urge, the longing

She didn't know what to do about it

She prayed

Jehovah! Jesu Kristi!!, Michael Mimo!

Please take this urge away from me

Yet the fire persisted

Days rolled into weeks

It became unbearable

Everything she sees looks good enough for romp

Every guy, any guy will do

It was that intense

Her next door neighbour came around one day

He wanted to borrow a note

She was well dressed

He was wearing only boxers

She apparently sent him a signal

He apparently got it

Next thing she knew was relief

Relief as he plunged deep into her

He did his deed and left

She cried

It didn't stop

She was a pastor's daughter

Her mother the Iya yard

How could she love sex this much

Why isn't her boyfriend in the same school with her?

The shame was the backbreaker

The next door neighbour had seen the opening

She lets him in often

To help her deal with the fire

Her boyfriend came around

He heart was in her mouth

He will find out and leave me

Her conscience howled to the moon

The neighbour kept his distance

Somehow her boyfriend found out

She knelt and begged

I am sorry...

He was the one paying her school fees

He paid the rent

She was set for to learn tailoring when they met

She was reading a novel on the road

He asked her if they could exchange novels

They became friends

He gained admission

When are you going to school? He asked

'I am not, my parents are too poor' She replied

He turned her life around

And now she had betrayed his love

She had broken the hedge

He was faithful, she was sure of this

Her longings sold her out!

He forgave her

He changed her house

'Your proximity to him makes me uncomfortable'

She was redeemed

I will never stray again, she promised herself

She strayed!

Over and over again

With different guys

Once she met a guy in the morning, they were romping before noon

She couldn't control the fire

She got pregnant

She ran to his school

I need money for abortion!

He gave her

It wasn't his baby

She didn't give him time to think

Four years, 16 guys and two abortions later

She called it off

He: What did i do?

She: If I marry you, i will never feel secure. I cannot believe you have no desire to get even. I cannot believe you will forgive everything and we will just have a happily ever after

I cannot!

He begged and pleaded

If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature

My forgiveness was total and absolute

She: No way, no man can forgive a woman like that, besides I deserve to start all over with someone else without my baggage hanging over me

It was over

He had lost out.

He had several buffer relationships

The pain began to wane

He remembered promising her never to leave

He remembered his resolve in keeping that promise

Now he had to consciously say out loud everyday

I do not love so and so anymore

I move on and I will love another

He did this for a year

Then she called

She: Hello, where are you?

He: Just got into the city

She: Can we see?

He: Why not?

She came around, he had missed her too much

She: So...

He kissed her, the red sea parted, the rod of Moses led the way

It was good

They did it again, again

She: Can we talk now?

He: Thank you for coming, This is your transport fare

He dropped some money on the table, he went out

She cried

He had treated her like a prostitute

She stayed

He returned

He: You are still here?

She: Take your money, I am not a prostitute

She left

The End
